Woodbridge Tennis Club

Established 1936, Woodbridge Tennis Club is set a few hundred yards from the River Deben and the famous Tide Mill. There’s also an adjacent cafe for winding down after a game, the Pavilion Cafe.

 

Throughout the year, Woodbridge Tennis Club offers tennis for players of all ages and abilities. There’s competitive team tennis as well as more relaxed, social play. Coaching is also available for every level. Plus there are lots happening off court as well!

 

There is also a flourishing junior section with opportunities for younger players to improve their game, get fit and make new friends.

 

Social Play

Social play is another key element of the club, with lots of opportunities to play some games in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

Also, If you fancy a game of tennis with family or friends, Woodbridge Tennis Club offers ‘pay & play’ rates to visitors of all ages at a competitive hourly rate.

 

Coaching

If you want some help improving your game, the coaches provide a comprehensive range of teaching programmes for adults. Also, there’s regular tennis camps and coaching sessions for kids, all designed to get them moving, having fun and making new friends.

 

Competitive Tennis

Whether you want to compete in leagues as part of a team or try match play in a club competition, the club offers a full range of match play. So whatever your age or standard there are opportunities for you.

 

Membership

Woodbridge Tennis Club welcome players of all ages and abilities. From youngsters picking up a racket for the first time, to experienced players looking for competitive tennis. And every new adult member can join for half-price!
