Uffington Lawn Tennis Club
Uffington Lawn Tennis Club is situated on the edge of the village of Uffington in Oxfordshire. The club is part of Uffington Sports Club and has two hard courts which have scenic views of the White Horse Hill and the Ridgeway.
Social Play
In the summer months, there is social tennis for adults on Wednesday evenings. Members are welcome to book courts online all year round for their own games.
Coaching
Tom Wilsdon, is the club coach at Uffington Tennis Club and is an LTA qualified Level 3 coach who works for Premier Tennis. Tom offers an enjoyable, structural, skills based junior tennis programme that caters for all ages and abilities from 5-18 years. Adult group coaching including Cardio Tennis is also available.
Competitive Tennis
There’s a wide range of match play available at Uffington Tennis Club. Two club teams compete in the Swindon and District Tennis Leagues. The club is part of the Vale Singles Tennis League. Also, friendly mixed doubles matches take place throughout the summer with other local tennis clubs. In addition, the club hosts a number of club tournaments during the season.
