Towcester Tennis Club

Towcester Tennis Club is part of the Towcestrians multi-sport club for rugby, cricket, tennis, hockey and softball. The tennis club offers a wide range of activities include teams in local leagues, Social Play, Junior Coaching and Summer Camps.

 

The recently refurbished and expanded modern clubhouse comes complete with a fully equipped, state of the art, air-conditioned Gym (Run by AGW Fitness) with fully qualified fitness trainers who run a number of classes each week.

 

Social Play

Each week there are three club sessions, which are open to all. Club Nights are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Also, there’s a Club Morning on Sundays.

 

Coaching

The friendly and qualified coaching team offer a range of great tennis coaching. There’s an Adult Beginners Coaching Programme, which runs twice a week and covers the basics.

 

Juniors have access to coaching from a young age with LTA mini tennis. As the junior coaching programme is available all year-round, children have the opportunity to maximise their progression. Plus there are camps during school holidays.

 

Competitive Tennis

With multiple teams in Northampton Lawn Tennis Summer league as well as a team in the Banbury New Summer Weekend league, there’s plenty of opportunities for those who wish to play competitively.

 

Membership

Towcester Tennis Club is part of the Towcestrians multisport club for rugby, cricket, tennis, hockey and softball. All new members are welcome, whether you are interested in Social Tennis, Coaching or playing competitively in a team.
