Temple Fortune Club
Established in 1922, The Temple Fortune Club was initial financed by ex-officers from the first world war. Today, the club is a thriving with Tennis, Bowls and Squash available. Run by members for members, the friendly community sports club is one of north west London’s top facilities.
Social Play
Club social sessions take place on Tuesday and Sunday mornings throughout the year. And therefore provide regular opportunities for members to play tennis. The online system enables members to easily book courts. However, there is a small charge court bookings. And floodlights must be also booked in advance.
Coaching
Well regarded for it’s comprehensive coaching programme, Temple Fortune Club invites members and non-members to benefit from it’s programme. Group session are available from 4 years old up to seniors, and starts with LTA mini tennis. Juniors can also join holiday camps, which run in each school holiday.
Competitive Tennis
From internal competition to league play, Temple Fortune offers mixture of competitive tennis. Mens, ladies and juniors team compete in AEGON team tennis, Slazenger Middlesex League, Middlesex Cup, and Winter Floodlit Leagues. In addition, an array of internal events take page throughout the year. These include an Annual Club Championships, American tournaments as well as Junior tournament days.
Membership
A number of different memberships are available and as a result the club caters to all types of tennis player. You can either join the just tennis section or multiple sections. Discounts are available for family memberships (3 or more family members).
Extras
The excellent facilities include a very spacious and comfortable clubhouse with bar. Temple Fortune Club’s full time Chef creates and serves delicious meals every day. In addition to regular social events, the club’s facilities can be hired.
