Pinner Lawn Tennis Club aims to provide good tennis at a competitive cost in a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Widely recognised as one of the best tennis clubs in the area, not only for its lovely setting and great social tennis.
The club is well known for its team tennis and the diversity of the play on offer. And as Lawn Tennis Association’s (LTA) Tennis Mark+, the club has high standards. Also, the centre is recognised by the LTA as an accredited Performance Centre.
Social Play
There are a variety of ways you can play tennis at the club. These include taking part in the weekly social tennis sessions and using free courts. Various social sessions take place each week and the bar is usually open for a drink and snack after!
Coaching
Tennis lessons from a qualified coach can help you get more enjoyment out of your tennis. Therefore the club offers a range of coaching which covers techniques, positioning, tactics, game practice and a laugh or two along the way. Lessons can be in a group or on a one-to-one basis.
The club is also an LTA Mini Tennis Centre, so it’s an ideal place for children to begin playing tennis. So whatever your age, there’s plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.
Competitive Tennis
Club teams are very active in local competitions. For example Mens, Ladies and Mixed Middlesex Cup summer competitions. Also, there are teams in the National Club League and Vets Summer tennis leagues.
Also, every year run a variety of fun competitions take place for club members to compete in!
