Newton Stewart Tennis Club
Newton Stewart Tennis Club is a small friendly club located on York Road, Newton Stewart. As part of The Machars Community Sport Hub, members have access to a range of sports.
Social Play
Club nights run throughout the summer on a Wednesday evening. All members are welcome to join in a game. Plus with plenty of free court slot each week, it’s easy to stay active and play tennis all year round. So gather some friends and get on court!
Coaching
Professional coaching sessions for juniors are also available throughout the spring and summer. Sadly no adult coaching is available. However, there are many local tennis clubs who offer a comprehensive range of coaching and so it might be worth looking at your options.
Competitive Tennis
Sadly, there no competitive play available. However, many other local clubs do and so if you’re looking for more competitive play then it could be best to look at other local clubs.
Membership
While you can pay and play at Newton Stewart Tennis Club, membership offers many advantages. And as the club offers a number of membership packages, everyone is welcome. So whether you’re an adult, family or junior, you’ll enjoy being part of the club and getting stuck into club life.
Played on your courts many times years ago. Met Sandy Taylor and your local Dentist who plays. Lots of nice people. Came over from USA many times love the local tennis players. Lots of good people.
