Newport Tennis Club
Newport Tennis Club is part of Wormit and Newport Tennis Club, a very friendly tennis club, based across two sites. There are 3 brand new courts in Newport on Tay, which make up the Newport side of the club.
Social Play
At heart of the club is a busy social tennis schedule. This includes regular social club nights as well as other events.
Coaching
The qualified club coaches offer a range of coaching session throughout the year. Both group and private coaching is available. There is also a very active junior coaching programme, which includes holiday camp. This program aims to inspire the next generation.
Competitive Tennis
In addition to superb social tennis, the club also offers competitive league tennis for all levels. This means both senior and junior, who would like to engage in competitive tennis, have many opportunities.
Membership
There are various categories of membership including Adult, Junior, Student, Family and Parent. Newport Tennis Club’s aim is to foster an inclusive family sports club. Visitors are also welcome and can pay and play.
Extras
Like most clubs, there are fund raising events throughout the year, which are always fun. The club also holds many social events throughout the year.
