Located at Mudeford Wood Community Centre in Christchurch, Mudeford Wood Tennis Club welcomes players of all ages and abilities.
Social Play
There are several club sessions a week. These informal mix-ins session feature mostly doubles play and are a great opportunity to work on your game. Membership also includes free court hire year round. So, gather some friends and get on court for some fun!
Coaching
Currently there is no coaching facilities at the Club. However, members are always willing to give out tips and tricks! So, if you’re looking to join a club for coaching, then it’s best to look at other local tennis clubs in Dorset.
Competitive Tennis
If you’re up for a challenge, then the club competes in the Dorset Doubles league. With both ladies and mixed teams competing. While this provides some opportunities for match play, other local clubs do offer a wider range.
Membership
Membership is affordable and since there are no joining fees or basic playing standards, becoming a member is easy. For example, Adult membership cost jut over £1 per week. Other types of membership are also available.
Extras
As a community club, members often join in with social events at Mudeford Wood Community Centre. These include fun quiz nights, Skittles and Bingo!
