Flixton Cricket and Sports Club
Flixton Cricket and Sports Club is a members only club based at the heart of the community in Flixton, Greater Manchester. A warm, friendly and informal welcome can be expected by all.
As a sports club, Flixton offers a range of sporting including cricket, bowls and tennis.
Social Play
If you enjoy a friendly game, then there are Club social tennis sessions on Saturday mornings and on evenings. These are great for staying active and working on your game. there’s also plenty of court time available for your own games.
Coaching
Andras Amfer is the club’s professional coach with an LTA Level 3 Qualification. Andras runs a weekly Junior coaching programme. As well as offering a range of adult coaching.
Competitive Tennis
There are two men’s and two ladies teams, who compete in the South West Manchester Tennis League. Two mixed teams compete in the East Cheshire Winter Tennis League.
Membership
Flixton Cricket and Sports Club offers adults multiple joining options including as a tennis member only or as a multi-sport member. Whereas junior members automatically have access to all of our Club’s sporting facilities. Fees are highly affordable, with adult membership costing less than £1 per week. As a first step, come along to one of the weekly social tennis sessions.
Extras
There’s also a members lounge and function room suitable for all types of occasions. While available for hire, these spaces are often used for club social events.
