Faringdon Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly Clubmark accredited local tennis club, catering for all ages and abilities. The club’s motto is “Tennis For All” and so Faringdon Lawn Tennis Club provides a range of tennis including social and match play as well as coaching.
Social Play
While courts are easy to book online, you’ll enjoy joining in the weekly club sessions. These are open to all and enable you to play tennis regularly. There are also a superb way to make new friends.
Coaching
The club is very fortunate to have three wonderful coaches who provide a range of group and individual Coaching. Juniors start with min tennis, which uses fun games to teach the basics of tennis. Adults can join weekly Cardio Tennis session as well as rusty rackets and other coaching courses.
Competitive Tennis
There’s plenty of opportunities to play in matches against other clubs, and to take part in internal tournaments and friendly social events.
Membership
If you’re joining Faringdon Lawn Tennis Club for the first time, then you will receive a discount on the fees. However, as adult membership costs just under £2 per week, joining the club is affordable. A number of membership options are available and visitors are also welcome.
