Elsenham Tennis Club
Founded in 1976, Elsenham Tennis Club is a friendly sports club with players of varying abilities. Elsenham Bowls Club is located next door. The club offers members a wide program of social play, inter-club matches, club night and other events.
Social Play
There are regular club nights for members to enjoy a game of social tennis and coaching sessions are available. In addition, members can use the courts free of charge during club opening hours.
Coaching
A range of coaching is available with the Club Coach for those that want to train and improve. The coaching schedule includes many courses, which run throughout the year. Individual lessons are also available.
Competitive Tennis
Elsenham Tennis Club competes in the Essex Small Clubs League all year round. And usually enters mens, ladies and mixed doubles teams. Various club tournaments take place throughout the year and members are encourage to take part.
Membership
With some of the country cheapest membership fees, joining Elsenham Tennis Club could easily be described as a no-brainer! And as a result the benefits of membership massively out weight the cost. Since all are welcome, the club has a membership for every type of tennis player. Visitors are also welcome, however there is a small fee payable.

Recently resurfaced in 2017, the new courts have improved play for all members.
