Eastgate Tennis, Squash and Bowls Club
One of the great attractions of Eastgate Tennis, Squash and Bowls Club is its delightful location in uphill Lincoln. Although it is not far from a number of busy main roads, it provides a tranquil and relaxing setting for the activities of the Club’s members.
The extensive grounds are surrounded by many mature trees and these provide a pleasing backdrop and give a sense of privacy and protection from the busy world outside. There are also fine views of the towers of Lincoln Cathedral.
With squash, bowls and tennis on offer you’ll enjoy the club’s exciting programme and excellent facilities.
Social Play
With a thriving membership, which covers all ages and standards, you’ll enjoy playing tennis at the club. There are weekly social play session and plenty of free court time for you to book.
Coaching
The club’s LTA qualified coaching team run a comprehensive coaching program. So whether you’re just starting or are a world champion, the team will help you develop your potential. Group and private coaching for children and adults. Children’s holiday activities are also catered for with daytime tennis camps.
Competitive Tennis
The club is very active in both the summer and winter leagues. And as result, the club is always on the look out for more competitive tennis players. Also there are a number of club tournaments each year, which are open to all members.
Membership
With a range of membership options, Eastgate Tennis, Squash and Bowls Club is open to all ages, standards and requirements. So if you’re interested in joining, you’re welcome to visit and experience it in full swing.
Extras
The comfortable and well-appointed clubhouse features a bar, which is perfect for relaxing after hitting some balls! There are social events throughout the year, including ‘open mic’ nights on the last Sunday of each month, which is also open to non members. Also, the grounds provide an excellent venue for social events or just relaxing and watching others exerting themselves on the tennis courts and the bowling green.
