David Lloyd Clubs Exeter is just off of the A379 and right next to the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium. So it’s easy to find and park at the club. More than just a gym, there are a range of fitness activities available. And include a swimming pool, a gym, exercises classes, and racquets as well as tennis. So, there’s bound to be something you’ll like.
As David Lloyd Clubs started with tennis. It’s so much more than a game here, it’s a whole community! No matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro there will be something on offer for you.
Social Play
As well as great indoor and outdoor facilities, there’s a really buzzing social side to the club, too. There’s a range of levels amongst the large membership and so you’ll never be short of a game or two. In addition to full programme of social play and events, it’s easy to book a court for you own games. So it’s time to get on court!
Coaching
The club’s coaches are very highly trained and work with players of all abilities and all ages including adults as well as kids. Whether you want to improve your technique, build your tennis confidence or focus on a specific part of your game, you’ll really benefit from coaching. Kids can sign up to the All Stars tennis programme, where coaches will teach them essential tennis skills while they’re still young.
Competitive Tennis
There is an excellent range of match play available. 4 ladies, 4 men’s and 2 mixed Tennis Clubs teams compete in local competitions. And the club also hosts a number of tournaments each year.
Membership
Currently, David Lloyd Exeter are offering 3 months of membership for free. However, the club does offer a range of membership types including standard, plus and platinum.

After playing some tennis, the DLicious cafe bar is the perfect place to relax with a coffee or tuck into a tasty meal.
