Corfe Mullen Junior Tennis Club
Corfe Mullen Junior Tennis Club is based at the recreation ground in the village. The recreation ground hosts a variety of other sports, including football, cricket and basketball, and also has a large modern children’s playground.
Social Play
As a junior club, social play makes up a large part of the weekly session. So while you can’t turn up and play, kids who join the club have access to lots of opportunitites to play tennis.
Coaching
The club, which opened in 2005, has developed a full tennis coaching programme aimed at children aged from 4 to 16 years, and operates 6 days a week throughout the year. In addition to the group coaching, there is Individual coaching for junior and adult players.
In addition to the junior coaching programme, there are tennis camps during school holiday periods. As well as private coaching lessons for both juniors and adult players.
Competitive Tennis
Like social play, competitive action makes up part of the coaching programme, and therefore enables all kids to try their hand at match play.
Membership
There’s no membership at Corfe Mullen Junior Tennis Club. You simply pay per school term. So you get real value for money while being able to watch your budget.
Extras
The club also has a fully stocked tennis shop. And also offers racquet restringing and re-gripping service.
