Burrelton Tennis Club
Burrelton Tennis Club is a small club situated in Gray Park, to the south end of Burrelton village.
Social Play
Members regular meet for social tennis. These weekly sessions enable all to game some game, catch up with other members and work on techniques. Outside these sessions, members are free to book court time for their own play.
Coaching
There are regular coaching sessions during the tennis season. These are open to all standards and aim to enable quick development while teaching new skills. In addition, kids during the summer holidays can join fun tennis camps.
Competitive Tennis
The club plays in various competitive events throughout the year. The Adult team play in the Strathmore League and compete for The Gladys Howells Trophy and The Roberts Cup towards the end of the tennis season. While juniors play for The Jean Coogan Cup. There are also inter-club competitions with a social theme.
Membership
Offering some of the lowest membership fees in the UK, Burrelton Tennis Club makes tennis inclusive for the whole community. A few options are available including family, adult and junior membership. Visitors are also welcome for a small fee. However, after the third visit, will be asked to join the club.
