Sutton Highfields Lawn Tennis Club
Sutton Highfields Lawn Tennis Club is a small friendly club in Sutton, offering tennis and petanque/boules. Founded in 1908, the club is one of the oldest sports club in the area. Set in a pleasant, friendly and safe environment in secluded grounds with a small clubhouse. The club is open 7 days a week, all year round.
Social Play
Regular social tennis sessions are available for all ages and abilities. These sessions are a superb way to meet new people and play some tennis. Plus, as a member you have access to the courts outside the club’s programme.
Coaching
Adrian King-Owen provides coaching for members both juniors and adults. Each week he runs a number of group sessions and also has slots for private lessons. Junior tennis camps also take place during school holidays.
Competitive Tennis
There are internal club competitions and teams in the local Surrey League. So if you’re looking for a challenge, there’s plenty available for all levels.
Membership
Sussex County Lawn Tennis Club offers a number of membership types including tennis only, Boules only and both sports. So whatever your age or requirements, you’ll enjoy playing tennis at the club. Plus visitors are welcome for a small fee.
