Boat of Garten Golf and Tennis Club
Primarily known as one of the best golf clubs in Scotland, Boat of Garten Golf and Tennis Club offers a range of sports. Set alongside the River Spey in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, the club is only 10 minutes drive from the bustling village of Aviemore. With a rich history which dates back to 1898, the club is well established and caters for all standards and ages.
Social Play
The club does have two all-weather courts which are available for hire throughout the season. However, it’s advisable to book a court, especially at weekends and between June and September.
Coaching
There is no coaching on offer. Therefore if taking lessons is at the top of your list then it’s advisable to look at other local clubs.
Competitive Tennis
Because the main focus of Boat of Garten Golf and Tennis Club is golf, therefore like coaching, there is no competition tennis.
Membership
In addition to a range of golfing membership, the club offers tennis only membership. As well as pay and play court hire to non-members.
Extras
The clubhouse features changing rooms, pro golf shop as well as a restaurant and bar. An extensive Clubhouse menu is available each and every day.
