Rye Park Tennis Club
Rye Park Tennis Club was formed in December 2004 by seven core individuals who wish to create a fresh, enjoyable, sociable, and successful club in which to promote the sport of tennis. The club is affiliated to the Hertfordshire LTA.
Social Play
Members enjoy meeting each week for a few games of social tennis. These sessions aim to encourage all to play tennis, while meet new people and developing skills.
Coaching
A range of coaching is available, including regular group sessions and private lessons. So if you want to work on your match play or serve, the coaching team are available to help you develop your playing.
Competitive Tennis
Men’s, ladies, and junior teams compete in the National Club League. Men’s and Ladies teams are also active in the County Singles and doubles leagues. As well as the local Datchworth league and East Herts mixed doubles.
Membership
While you can visit the club for a small fee, membership offers a range of benefits. There is a small joining fee, however Rye Park Tennis Club offers a number of membership options and all are affordable.
Extras
BBQs and regular social events as well as club competitions, keep Rye Park active as a tennis club.
