Sarratt Tennis Club
Sarratt Tennis Club is a friendly local club based at King George V playing fields in the tranquil village of Sarratt on the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders.
The club provides excellent coaching for beginners, improvers and juniors. There are regular events for members from fun days to American tournaments and singles tournaments to social evenings.
Social Play
At the heart of the club is social play, these weekly sessions enable all to enjoy playing tennis while meeting new people and working on their game.
Coaching
There’s a good programme of weekly coaching for adults, with some sessions being Free. So if you’re looking to improve your serve or backhand, help is available.
Coaching is available for a range of juniors – some in association with the Sarratt Primary School. The club’s summer junior programme aims to develop movement and coordination. As well as tennis skills and match play for players wishing to develop their tennis further in a small group environment.
Competitive Tennis
The club is active in two leagues. During the summer, teams compete in the Hot Racquets League. Whereas in the winter, teams play in the Herts Veteran League.
