Founded in 1923, Merrow Lawn Tennis Club is the home of premier tennis in Guildford. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, tennis players of all standards enjoy using the club’s facilities and taking part in it’s active programme.
Social Play
With 4 weekly sessions, club play is an important aspect of Merrow’s programme. You can also book a court online for your own play.
Coaching
The club has a great team of coaches who run a highly accessible coaching programme. The range of carefully designed coaching sessions will enable you to progress to the next level. Group and private lessons are available.
Competitive Tennis
If terms of match play, the club is active in a number of leagues. These include Chaucer League, Surrey League and Woking League, and others. Also the club hosts internal competitions and tournaments. And as a result, players of all standards have access to match play.
Membership
There are several types of membership available at Merrow Lawn Tennis Club. These include adult, junior, family, and more. Juniors and students can become a member for as little as £60 a year.
